IPL 2024 Schedule,Teams,Orange Cap,Purple Cap : Indian Premier League (IPL) is a professional Twenty20 cricket league in India. It was introduced by the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) in 2008. The league consists of eight teams representing eight different cities in India. In Present 2023 ten teams (CSK , MI , DC , SRH , LSG ,GT , PBK, RCB , RR ,KKR ) participate in IPL. The teams play each other twice in a round-robin format, with the top four teams qualifying for the playoffs. The winner of the tournament is gives the IPL trophy. The league is held annually, usually between March and May. It is appraised one of the beloved cricket leagues in the world .
